1. 개요

L2SoftLab(이하 "회사")은 PDF 도구 앱 L2PDF(이하 "앱")를 제공합니다. 앱은 회원가입이나 로그인 없이 사용할 수 있으며, PDF와 사진은 이용자의 기기 안에서만 처리됩니다. 회사는 앱과 연결된 자체 서버를 운영하지 않으며, 이용자의 개인정보를 직접 수집·보관하지 않습니다.

다만 앱에는 광고 표시를 위한 Google AdMob과 결제를 위한 스토어 결제 기능이 포함되어 있어, 해당 서비스 제공자가 아래와 같이 일부 정보를 처리합니다. 이 방침은 그 내용을 안내합니다.

2. 회사가 수집하지 않는 정보

  • PDF·사진 파일: 이용자가 선택한 파일은 압축·병합·분할·회전·변환을 위해 기기 안에서만 처리되며, 회사나 제3자에게 전송되지 않습니다.
  • 계정 정보: 회원가입·로그인 기능이 없어 이름, 이메일, 전화번호 등을 수집하지 않습니다.
  • PDF 암호: 암호로 보호된 PDF를 열 때 입력한 암호는 작업 중에만 메모리에서 사용되며 저장되거나 전송되지 않습니다.
  • 결제 수단: 카드 번호 등 결제 정보는 Google Play 또는 Apple App Store가 처리하며, 회사는 이를 받지 않습니다.

3. 기기에만 저장되는 정보

앱이 동작하기 위해 아래 정보가 이용자 기기의 앱 전용 저장 공간에만 저장됩니다. 이 정보는 외부로 전송되지 않습니다.

  • 앱 설정(언어, 다크 모드)
  • PRO 이용 상태(구매 여부 및 구독 만료 시각)
  • 작업 결과 파일과 최근 작업 목록, 작업을 위해 가져온 파일의 사본

홈 화면의 "모두 지우기"로 최근 목록과 결과 파일을 삭제할 수 있으며, 앱을 삭제하거나 기기 설정에서 앱 데이터를 삭제하면 모두 지워집니다. 이미 공유하거나 다른 폴더에 저장한 파일은 이용자가 직접 관리합니다.

4. 앱 접근 권한

  • 파일·사진 선택: 기기의 시스템 파일 선택 화면을 사용하며, 이용자가 직접 고른 파일에만 접근합니다. 기기 전체 저장공간에 접근하지 않습니다.
  • 인터넷: 광고 표시와 스토어 결제에만 사용됩니다.
  • 광고 ID: 광고 제공 및 광고 효과 측정을 위해 Google AdMob이 사용합니다.

5. 제3자 서비스가 처리하는 정보

(1) Google AdMob (Google LLC) — 무료 이용자에게 광고를 표시합니다. PRO 이용자에게는 광고를 요청하지 않습니다.

유럽경제지역(EEA)·영국 등 관련 법이 적용되는 지역의 이용자에게는 앱 실행 시 Google의 동의 화면이 표시될 수 있으며, 이용자의 선택에 따라 맞춤형 광고 여부가 결정됩니다.

(2) Google Play 결제 / Apple App Store — PRO 구매(월간 구독, 평생 이용권)는 각 스토어의 결제 시스템으로 처리됩니다. 결제 정보와 구매 내역은 해당 스토어의 개인정보처리방침에 따라 처리되며, 앱은 기기 안에서 스토어에 구매 여부만 확인합니다.

6. 개인정보의 국외 이전

제5항의 광고 관련 정보는 앱을 사용하는 동안 네트워크를 통해 Google LLC(미국)로 전송될 수 있습니다.

  • 이전받는 자: Google LLC (연락처: https://support.google.com/policies)
  • 이전 국가: 미국 및 Google이 서비스를 운영하는 국가
  • 이전 항목·목적: 제5항 표와 같음
  • 보유 기간: Google의 개인정보처리방침에서 정한 기간

국외 이전을 원하지 않으시면 앱 사용을 중단하거나 PRO를 이용해 광고 요청을 중단할 수 있으며, 아래 제7항의 방법으로 광고 ID 사용을 제한할 수 있습니다.

7. 이용자의 권리와 선택

  • 광고 ID 재설정·삭제 (Android): 설정 → Google → 광고에서 광고 ID를 재설정하거나 삭제할 수 있습니다. (메뉴 이름은 기기마다 다를 수 있습니다.)
  • 추적 제한 (iOS): 설정 → 개인정보 보호 및 보안 → 추적에서 앱의 추적 요청을 제한할 수 있습니다.
  • 기기 내 데이터 삭제: 앱의 "모두 지우기", 앱 데이터 삭제 또는 앱 삭제로 기기에 저장된 정보를 지울 수 있습니다.
  • 구독 해지: Google Play 또는 App Store의 구독 관리에서 언제든지 해지할 수 있습니다.

회사는 이용자를 식별할 수 있는 정보를 보관하지 않으므로, 제3자가 처리하는 정보에 대한 열람·삭제 요청은 해당 서비스 제공자(Google, Apple)를 통해 하실 수 있습니다. 관련 문의는 아래 연락처로 주시면 안내해 드립니다.

8. 아동의 개인정보

앱은 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 회사는 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다.

개인정보 침해에 관한 신고나 상담은 개인정보침해신고센터(privacy.kisa.or.kr, 국번 없이 118), 개인정보분쟁조정위원회(www.kopico.go.kr, 1833-6972)에 문의하실 수 있습니다.

이 방침은 법령이나 앱 기능 변경에 따라 수정될 수 있으며, 변경 시 이 페이지를 통해 시행일과 함께 공지합니다.

1. Overview

L2SoftLab ("we") provides the PDF tool app L2PDF (the "App"). The App works without sign-up or login, and your PDFs and photos are processed only on your device. We do not run any server connected to the App, and we do not collect or store your personal information ourselves.

The App includes Google AdMob to show ads and store billing for purchases, so those providers process some information as described below.

2. Information we do not collect

  • PDF and photo files: Files you choose are compressed, merged, split, rotated or converted on your device only. They are never sent to us or to third parties.
  • Account information: There is no sign-up or login, so we do not collect names, email addresses or phone numbers.
  • PDF passwords: A password you enter to open a protected PDF is used in memory only for that job. It is never stored or transmitted.
  • Payment details: Card and payment information is handled by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We never receive it.

3. Information stored only on your device

To work, the App keeps the following in its private storage on your device. None of it is transmitted.

  • App settings (language, dark mode)
  • PRO status (whether you purchased and when a subscription expires)
  • Result files, the recent files list, and copies of files you imported for a job

Use "Clear all" on the home screen to delete recent results. Deleting the App or its data removes everything. Files you already shared or saved elsewhere are managed by you.

4. Permissions

  • File and photo selection: The App uses the system file picker and only accesses files you choose. It does not access your entire storage.
  • Internet: Used only for ads and store purchases.
  • Advertising ID: Used by Google AdMob to serve and measure ads.

5. Information processed by third-party services

(1) Google AdMob (Google LLC) shows ads to free users. No ads are requested for PRO users.

This data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and processed under Google's Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy. How Google uses data from ads: https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads

Users in regions such as the EEA and the UK may see Google's consent form when the App starts, and their choice determines whether personalized ads are shown.

(2) Google Play Billing / Apple App Store process PRO purchases (monthly subscription and lifetime purchase). Payment and purchase records are handled under each store's privacy policy. The App only checks your purchase status with the store on your device.

6. International transfers

The ad-related data in Section 5 may be sent over the network to Google LLC in the United States, and to other countries where Google operates, while you use the App. It is kept for the periods set out in Google's Privacy Policy.

7. Your choices

  • Reset or delete your advertising ID (Android): Settings → Google → Ads (menu names may vary by device).
  • Limit tracking (iOS): Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
  • Delete on-device data: Use "Clear all", clear the App's data, or uninstall the App.
  • Cancel a subscription: Anytime in Google Play or App Store subscription settings.

Because we do not hold information that identifies you, requests to access or delete data processed by third parties can be made through those providers (Google, Apple). Contact us below and we will help.

The App is not directed to children under 14 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect children's personal information.
